1. Open your web browser and go to https://www.fglife.com/

2. On the screen which comes up, click “LOG IN” in the upper right corner. In the drop-down menu, click “POLICYHOLDER”

3. At the bottom of the next screen, click “Register”

4. From there follow the screen prompts and answer the questions.

5. Once the account is created you can go to https://www.fglife.com/ and click “LOG IN”, then click “POLICYHOLDER”, and enter your account information.
